That training course was one of the best training courses I have attended. The theme was mostly psychological , and it gave us the opportunity to face our fears, our understandings, and to learn more about ourselves. That was one of the most difficult things. The facilitator and the group matched with the tempo, so the work went very easy. We had some sessions with a psychologist, with a linguist and some other professional speakers, that learnt us how to communicate peacefully, how to be empathetic not only about the others, but about ourselves. We made a lot of team work, which made all of us very close to each other. We explored the local culture and history, faced the locals and their problems, exchanged ideas and experiences. We had intercultural night when all the countries presented their national beauties, tasted local dishes, dances different dances and tried different types of music. That was an amazing adventure that I want to repeat for sure. The accommodation was more than nice and we were very relaxed while the work. Thank you, for this amazing experience!

Dimitar Radoslavov:

My name is Dimitar Radoslavov, and I would like to share my impressions and expressions that I had during a training course in Athens, Greece. First of all, I would like to thank the ABS team and all their partners who created this amazing project.

After all, I am full of good impressions, unforgettable moments and acquired knowledge.

The first session of the project was fantastic for me, because the ice-breaking games are the most interesting part for me on every Eramus+ project. All the activities, energizers were enjoyable and full of challenges. The organization during the program was excellent and the organizers and guest-facilitators were really friendly and experienced!

I am glad that I met so many new people, made new friendships, some of the endless, explored new culture and learned a lot about Emotional Intelligence.

I am also happy that I explored Athens with my new friends, we had fun and looots of pictures.
