📌PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 

The idea of the project "One Step Ahead" is to create a playful environment in which you will be encouraged to explore your own capabilities, to put your values into practice and to be inspired by yourself and the others. In 10 days you will create and experiment within an intercultural group of 50 youngsters from 10 different countries.

You will:

➢ play and learn outside in different settings;
➢ discover your skills and put them into practice;
➢ initiate and create games/activities for the others;
➢ work together with youngsters from different countries. 

📌THE EXCHANGE WILL CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING PARTS:

➢ Experiencing - you will be participating in the games & workshops organized by the Group Leaders;
➢ Creating - in small international groups you will be organizing games and activities for each other;
➢ Exploring - this will be the time to put all your improved skills in practice while going on an outdoor adventure in Bulgaria.

➢ how to develop activities from the idea until realisation.

📌WHOM WE ARE SEARCHING FOR?

1 group leader and 4 participants 

As a participant you are:

➢ 16-23 years old;
➢ committed to being part YE as well as the dissemination events;
➢ preferably without working experience and facing difficulties in finding work opportunities);
➢ active and creative;
➢ interested in outdoor activities and games;
➢ excited to work with the topic of employability through a different perspective.

As a group leader you are:

➢ 18-25 years old;
➢ enthusiastic, supportive, willing to take initiative and to encourage others;
➢ preferably have some background in working with groups;
➢ willing to work more with us and give input in creating the project;
➢ ready to create and deliver workshops for the group;
➢ excited to find new tools regarding the topic of entrepreneurial learning;
➢ able to work in simple English.

📌VENUE:

Bansko is a mountain resort located in the south-western part of Bulgaria. The town is situated 6 km from the town of Razlog and 160 km from the capital of Sofia. Bansko lies on the two banks of the Glazne river at the foot of the Pirin mountain, right below the highest part of it. In a small old town there are opportunities for sightseeing tours, and thanks to the surrounding thermal springs and healing mountain air, Bansko has gained fame as a balneological and climatic resort.

📌ACCOMMODATION:

The participants will stay in the complex Bojurland. It is situated in the heart of Bansko, just 10 minutes walk from the center and close to the Town Park and stadium.

Hotel Bojur offers the comfort of the cozy furnished double-room apartments with 3,4 and 5 people each. The design of the hotel and other buildings and their location create a unique feeling of spaciousness and harmony. The beautiful view of Pirin Mountain creates unforgettable feelings. You will have access to use the swimming pool, SPA Center, Fitness, and all other amenities of the hotel FREE of charge.

📌 TRAVEL BUDGET AND TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT

It is important to start your journey from Bulgaria and come back to Bulgaria after the project.

If travel costs exceed the amount budgeted in the project, the organizers will only be able to reimburse participants maximum travel costs indicated in the travel budget. Under regulations imposed by Erasmus+ Programme, you are required to travel by the cheapest means of transport. Taxi expenses are not covered. Please, keep all your travel reimbursement documents (it has to include date, journey, cost, and name).

Without it, we will not be able to reimburse you. There is no travel grant for Bulgarian participants.
