📌PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
"Digital Harvest Seminar" is the 3rd mobility of a long-term training "Effective Digital Habits for Youth Work", which will help its participants to gain digital competencies that are useful in today's modern digital world. Those struggling to maintain and keep up with the digital world and/or understand its importance with today's youth work practice will be supported, as well as others who are quick to embrace digital developments and willing to explore new approaches. This difference in approach will be important in providing a rich peer-supported learning environment to the project which will be both practical and solution-focused when developing and growing digital youth work practice.
Here are the articles of the participants from the first two phases of the project. Find out what they say about it:

"Digital Harvest Seminar" will enable participants to consolidate their learning outcomes and prepare them to multiply their learning experience, results, and achievements to their future practices and other youth work contexts. The practice phases between mobility activities will transfer learning outcomes to the practice of youth work. During the time between activities, participants will implement competence development plans and will collaborate through digital alliances.
📌ACTIVITIES AND METHODOLOGIES USED IN THE PROJECT:
To achieve sustainable impact on participants development 2 competence frameworks are combined and expected to lead towards the development of personal and professional competencies of youth workers and capacities of their organizations to implement digital youth work. These two areas combined will look to improve the quality of youth work practice, keeping it relevant and offer a platform for realizing a strategic platform for digital youth work.
For ‘What - learning outcomes’ we chose a competency framework developed by the European expert group on digitalization of youth work. This group identified 7 areas of competences where youth workers need to develop:
1. Digitalization of society;
2. Planning, designing and evaluating digital youth work;
3. Information and data literacy;
4. Communication;
5. Digital creativity;
6. Safety;
7. Reflection and evaluation.
For ‘How - learning outcomes’ the framework of Covey’s 7 Habits for Effective People was adapted. Areas of competences covered by Covey’s 7 habits:
1. Being proactive;
2. Having the end in mind;
3. Putting first things first;
4. Think win-win;
5. Seek first to understand and then to be understood;
6. Synergize;
7. Sharpen the saw (renewal).
